  • User content: text, quiz answers, preferences, files or images you upload to use app features.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device data: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate country, device/installation identifiers (e.g., mobile advertising ID if enabled).
  • Network data: truncated or masked IP address, time zone, provider. Information from third parties (as applicable): Payments & subscriptions processed by Apple/Google (we do not receive full card numbers).
  • Analytics & ads (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, App Store/Play Console, AdMob or other networks, as applicable).
  • AI/cloud providers used to process your content (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Cloud/AWS, as configured). Optional device permissions (only if you consent and solely for the stated purposes):
  • Camera/Gallery: upload images to use app features.
  • Microphone: only if a feature explicitly requires it.

ADVERTISING & ANALYTICS

We may use tools like Firebase/Google Analytics and, if enabled, ad networks (e.g., AdMob) for measurement and, where the law permits or you consent, ad personalization. You can limit personalized ads in your device settings (“Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS / “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

  • Your inputs (prompts, images, responses) may be sent to AI providers to generate outputs.
  • We apply contractual safeguards so those providers protect your information.
  • We do not use your content to train our models without a legal basis or your consent where required.
  • Please avoid uploading sensitive information or third-party data without permission.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may host and process data outside your country. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments).

RETENTION

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:

We do not “sell” data under CPRA and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising without providing an opt-out where applicable.

  • SECURITY: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, activity logs). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep your app up to date.
  • CHILDREN: The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided data to us, contact [email protected] so we can delete it. Where required by law, we will obtain verifiable parental consent.
  • COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES (WEB): We use cookies/SDKs to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and where applicable, personalize. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising IDs/permissions in your device settings.
  • DO NOT TRACK: We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can manage personalization and analytics via device/app controls.
  • THIRD-PARTY LINKS: The app/website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
  • CHANGES TO THIS POLICY: We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. We will post the updated version with the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will notify you via the app, email, or a prominent notice.
